Crafted entirely with ethically sourced, local ingredients, this 7-course experience offers a true taste of Phu Quoc — from its coastal waters to its forested farms. But it’s more than just a meal. It’s our way of telling a story: one of flavour, community, and sustainability.

🍽️ What to Expect: A Tour of the Island in Seven Bites
Each dish in Sagonese Eatery, Phu Quoc’s Delight is inspired by a location on the island and features ingredients sourced directly from nearby communities and producers.
1. Rach Vem Cobia Ceviche
Fresh cobia from northern waters, citrus-cured and topped with pickled shallots and local herbs.
2. Cua Can Tiger Prawn in Coconut Milk
Succulent prawns from Cua Can mangroves, simmered in creamy coconut milk — a warm, fragrant bite of the tropics.
3. Bai Dat Do Pickled Herring with Red Pepper Sauce
A spicy-sour tribute to traditional island flavours, made with sun-dried local red chillies.
4. Hon Mot Sea Urchin Pâté on Sourdough Toast
Uni from the east coast becomes a rich pâté, spread over freshly baked sourdough from the Saigonese Bakery.
5. Rach Soi Dry-Aged Duck Breast with Green Peppercorn Sauce
Dry-aged in-house, our duck is served with a punchy sauce made from Phu Quoc’s famous green peppercorns.
6. Vung Bau Sim Berry and Lime Tart
A sweet island finale made with wild sim berries and fresh lime — zingy, floral, and unforgettable.
7. Ham Ninh Flower Crab Fried Rice
Sweet crab from Ham Ninh folded through fragrant fried rice — a comforting finish to your journey.
